Skills and interests:
My surgical field experience is over eight years which includes four years in paediatric surgery. Being trained at tertiary centre in Mumbai, exposure to variety of elective and emergency cases which has helped me to learn and grow as a surgeon.
I have managed neonatal emergencies independently.
I am trained in comprehensive care and management of children born with various congenital anomalies especially GI, genitourinary, thoracic and nervous system.
I have independently performed reconstructive surgeries for congenital malformations as well involved in postoperative care and rehabilitation of these patients.
Exposure to surgical NICU and management of critically ill neonates.
Skilful counselling of parents and Antenatal patients.
Experience in managing paediatric trauma.
Exposure to advanced laparoscopic procedures and have performed paediatric laparoscopic surgeries independently.
Interested in minimally invasive thoracoscopic procedures and genitourinary procedures
Involved in academic activities like bedside clinics, presentations, lectures for PGs (Mch/MS) and UGs
