Used Matlab- Simulink in realizing the size and determination of the pixel image to obtain different forms of variation in the segmentation process. We chose 4 segmentation processes: Edge Based, Cluster Based, Threshold Based, and Histogram Based- showed the detailing how the images are being segmented irrespective to the segmentation process. Design Alarm System Using VHDL Quartus II Software January ‘14

Designed an alarm with following features and characterization: The Alarm can be armed by pushing one arm button. Once armed, if one or more sensors is triggered then an alarm will sound. A six bit code holds a holds sequence of bits to disarm the system. The Six bit sequence is read by hitting a disarm button. If the six bit sequence entered wrong three times then siren will sound. If right the alarm will disarm. At any time, (Armed or not Armed) alarm will sound if smoke sensor is triggered. A led will be turned on if Alarm is armed. Used Verilog RTL and validated the results.
