One year(1) worked with Hyundai Engineering and construction co. As a R/O STP plant operator in Abu Dhabi oil and gas offshore project in Zirku island.
Three years(3) worked with JGC Construction International Pte.Ltd
Chiyoda JGC Joint Venture (CJJV) As a WWTP Mechanic/Operator in
LNG Project Papua new Guinea since 31-05-2011 to 17-06-2014
One year(1) worked with Bechtel Corporation in UF / RO Plant as a Utility Plant Operator (Water & Sewage Treatment Plant) in LNG Project Angola (AFRICA) in 2009.
Eight years(8) worked with Ministry of Defence Saudi in RO Plant pretreatment (Sand Filter / Pre- chlorination) related chemical dosing system and post treatment as a water treatment plant operator in Operation & Maintenance department of from 11th Sep 2000 to 15th June 2000
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
I am working many types of Reverse Osmosis, Ultra filtration Water & waste water Plant maintenance & Operation. (Metito, Saudi Berkefeld, Wetico, Toray, Ion Exchange. etc)
There was huge capacity of Reverse Osmosis, Ultra Filtration & waste water Plant unit and control from “PLC” SCADA System. Our standard system have PLC controls with alarms and full sensors compliments. Full automatic controls are available including data monitoring storage, All this is monitored and control by the “PLC” SCADA system..
Perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled technical and maintenance work in the operation, maintenance and repair of water and waste water treatment facilities and systems. Monitor the performance of all equipments, gauge and charts in the treatment plant and pump station.e available including data monitoring storage, All this is monitored and control by the “PLC” SCADA system.
Log down measurements reading and operating condition of all equipments and machinery assigned to me. Control water plant via SCADA
Check periodically and ensure proper operation all plant auxiliaries.
Note down daily data sheet temperature pressure, and ensure proper flow of water, steam and that all suctions pumps are operating efficiently and effectively.
Perform the installation, maintenance and repair of the physical plant and pump station and all of their components.
Assists in maintaining water quality by taking water samples and maintaining proper operation of water treatment equipments. Maintains a variety of records relating to inspection, maintenance activity, water supply, treatment consumption, etc
Have a working knowledge of the operation, methods and procedure and machinery used for waste water plant and pumping station.
Administrated and monitored process to include coagulation,flocculation,filtration, pre and post chlorination. Adjust chemical dosage to maintain quality standard.
Check electrical equipment for safety before beginning to work.
Check mechanical equipment, making adjustment as required for safe efficient operation.Perform all work in conformance to occupational safety and health act regulation.
Use required personal protective equipment.(PPE) Eye protection is always appropriate.
Ensure safe system of work and work permit are in place and followed.
Report to superior any abnormal sound, leak and water reading.
I have good knowledge of “CIP” Chemical Cleaning of membrane for Reverse osmosis & "MBR” also “CEB” for Ultra Filtration
Maintain and operates sludge thikning equipments, sludge judges primary and final clarifiers daily. and operates sludge Dewatering units.
I have knowledge of waste water membrane system also. & ability to install MBR Moudle or damage elements.
Monitored, operated and adjusted water treatment pumps,valve,tank level,line pressure,chemical feed equipments,rapid sand filter performance and turbidity through SCADA or Direct observation.Control treatment plant machines and equipment to purify and clarify water for human consumption.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
