Professional Profile

I am a highly competent and experienced Planner/Project Controls Specialist with experience across multi-discipline teams in EPCM and construction environments. My experience includes but is not limited to major Civil & Infrastructure projects, Petrochemical Refineries, Oil & Gas projects and maintenance, Power Generation, Paper and Pulp and Marine and Building projects.

I have more than 25 years’ experience in planning and I am proficient in the use of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Projects Planning software. My skills includes the development of Level 1 to Level 5 detailed schedules from inception to completion for EPCM and EPC type projects, creating baselines for all approved schedules, updating and tracking schedules against the assigned baselines, produce schedule variance reports and recommend schedule recovery actions if required, resource loading of schedules, creating WBS elements in P6 to structure schedules according to project needs, development of P6 coding structure, coding of the required P6 activities to enable advanced reporting formatting of schedules. I also make use of the P6 and Microsoft Projects software to produce lookahead schedules for each department or discipline, produce Major Milestone reports and Key deliverable schedules. My skills also include the use of MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point and other planning software such as Artemis and Open Plan.

Prepare Project progress and cost reports on a bi-weekly schedule for presentation to the Client.
