A clinical study involves research using human volunteers (also called participants) Researchers gather information and group volunteers according to broad characteristics to assess the effect of glycemic variability, as measured by the coefficient of variation of CGM glucose. SMS Application is management of Diabetes and ECG Analysis. This helps to create studies (sometimes called observational studies) to observe people in normal settings.

The intended use of PQM application is to document the life cycle reporting and tracking of a customer complaint from the receipt of a complaint by any GEHC employee, the review of unplanned service requests from the native service request systems, the designation to a complaint, the evaluation, investigation and disposition of complaints, and the regulatory reporting for reportable complaints.
