April 2018 till now: Senior resident Radio-diagnosis: Currently working as Senior Resident Doctor in the Department of Radio-diagnosis, VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, one of the prestigious medical college in India.

My job profile includes:

-Teaching: Provide training to medical students, residents and fellows who rotate through the Department of Radiology

Worked as a specialty registrar in department of Radio diagnosis at University College of Medical Sciences and Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, New Delhi, India. Which is the biggest government tertiary care and referral center in East Delhi and National capital region.

Exposure and responsibilities:

-Rotational posting in the various sub departments of Radiology like MRI, CT, USG, Barium studies, Interventional radiology, X ray reporting, HSG, IVP and others.

-Use to Report independently all routine and emergency CT scans and conduct USG scans.

-Worked independently in the department for all emergency reporting of CT whole body including head, chest and abdomen. USG and Doppler scan and Interventional radiological procedures like CT or USG guided lung or liver biopsy and aspirate, on 1:6 based Rota.

-Presentations in departmental seminar, journal club, hospital mortality meetings and in CMEs on regular basis.

-Teaching responsibility towards trainees of DNB, MD radiology and BSc radiography, Nurses, Nursing student and other technical program students.

AUDITS:

I am familiar with the audit process and am enthusiastic in applying it to clinical practice. I have designed and led several audit projects at GTB Hospital in India, including a regional audit program. These include, series of audit of lung biopsy and other radiological interventional cases in the department and morbidity and mortality.

Perform ultrasounds, MRIs, CT scans, ultrasound-Doppler X-ray imaging, portable radiography and fluoroscopic procedures.

Serve a diverse caseload including newborns, infants, children, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients.

Interpret data and provide recommendations for optimal patient care.

Experience in independently performing multiple CT as well as USG guided interventions like lung biopsy, renal biopsy, pigtail catheter insertion.

Experience with numerous level II ultrasound and interpretation of all possible congenital anomalies.
