Manage general employee relations with the goal of creating and maintaining a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and mutual respect. Projecting and promoting the companies Values and Vision with coach, council and correct behavior philosophy.

In my most recent position as Human Resources Manager with Spectra Premium, I guided and helped my staff of HR Generalist, Recruiter, Trainer and Health and Safety Coordinator to implement and reach goals that, as a whole, proved to be quite beneficial and increased efficiencies throughout the department. I also implemented a training program for supervisors to give them the tools and vision to coach, council and correct behaviors. This has also groomed the workforce and supervisory team to be successful in reaching productivity standards. I developed a robust Health and Safety program with rewards for safe work practices and consequences for violations based on the severity and repetition of violations. I was also nominated as a member of the Board of Directors -WorkOne Region 5.

I have enclosed my resume and qualifications for your review and consideration. Most notably, I have:

Developed and implemented a strategic human resource plan.
