Reporting to Deputy Manager (zone) for operational and administrative issues, this job responsibilities are as under:
1.Ensure security of personnel, property and equipment in the NRC/MRV (Mobile Regestration Van) against all hazards.
2.Monitor the activities and operations of the NRCs (Nadra Registration Center) falling with his area of responsibility and ensure compliance as per rules/SOPs.
3.Coordination / monitor of MRV/ SMU(Semmi Mobile Unite) operations (where applicable).
4.Ensure smooth implementation of policies and SOPs at NRC (Nadra Registration Center) and recommend improvement, wherever necessary.
5.Educate subordinates to the extent that they can handle the applicant effectively.
6.Prepare and ensure timely submission of various reports of their respective NRCs (Nadra Registration Center) to Deputy Manager (Zone).
7.Conduct briefing for the delegates and all guests visiting NRC (Nadra Registration Center).
8.Submission of complaints of employees of NRC (Nadra Registration Center) to respective zonal office and obtaining guidance on them.
9.Work in close collaboration with Technical staff for efficient functioning of the system at NRCs (Nadra Registration Center).
10.Update all kind of registers, reports and bills in respect of NRC (Nadra Registration Center).
11.Assist concerned Deputy Manager in planning, directing and monitoring all HR aspects and operations of NRC (Nadra Registration Center).
12.Any other tasks as and when assigned by his superiors in the chain of command.
