I was hired to help the company understand the “Private Club” feeling better and also accommodate a proper lining up with Waldorf Astoria pillars of management. We have been able make significant changes for the betterment and the member participation in club activities is greatly increased. We currently have a new health and fitness facility with a new poolside restaurant under construction and I am actively supporting the design team for a successful opening next season.

While performing my regular duties at the hotel I also groomed the company owner’s son to take over the lead and he has done so just recently. This Beach side hotel has a great reputation among the locals and the Southern California visitors. I was glad to have made a difference and great profits to the company.
