Head of collections department for a property management company Multi-Properties Inc; for four years plus.I had three assistants that worked under my supervision and guidance. I collected all money from at least fifteen leasing offices owned by MPI. Made sure to put all rental payments to proper accounts,made all bank deposits and sent deposits to the bank. Handled and processed all rental payments,and bad debt payments. Complied and reconciled all daily activities for the daily reports,weekly reports.quarterly and annual reports for the controller of the company.

Made sure to for see and handle all rent payments and other money that came into the corporate office of MPI.

Checked and fixed all lease agreements,renewals,etc. Worked efficiently with all 15 rental sites of MPI to schedule court filings for all delinquent rents and non-rental payments.

Worked and established great relationships with all residents to get accounts current; also worked out payment plans with residents on bad debt payments that were owed. Worked with multiple collection agencies to help get bad debt payments paid. Worked with my team on a daily basis to make sure all rents were processed to the correct accounts. Accomplished end of the month reports along with other required reports with upper management. Sent out correspondence notices to residents on delinquent accounts weekly. Education
