Duties and Responsibilities:
Works as part of the Project / Corporate Management Team to ensure that the project is progressed in the best possible manner at all times :
Efficiency in Shorthand Dictation, e-documentation, Inter Memo correspondence as per the rules/ bye-laws of the company.
Keep system up-to-date for Orders, Projects/ MIS.
Drafting miscl. Letter typing, editing of MS Office, Excel file & Presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for project purposes etc.
Compiling routine reports and documents.
Establish & maintain confidential files concerned with personnel & policy matters.
Manage the schedule, Calendar and coordinate in setting up of minutes / conference calls.
Maintaining the project/corporate Filing Logs in accordance with the byelaws.
Ensure Daily MIS Reports are updated
Good in report writing, documentation, case study etc..
Keep record of Hard and digital submittals for letters, e-mails drawings etc.
Managing phone calls, routine e-mails and correspondence
Planning to make travel Itiniery for HOD
