Design and commission a vision inspection system for automotive customer utilizing Keyence vision, Allen Bradley MicroLogix and an ABB robot.

Design, program and commission a jet cooler package utilizing Allen Bradley MicroLogix, Automation Direct HMI, as an IIOT package which interfaces directly to equipment and plant MES.

Assess system processes and provide optimization changes. Develop, perform troubleshooting and tune control process loops for power control, re-circulation, fuel usage, and sizing separation. Monitor plant energy usages and complete zero-downtime initiatives.

Review and evaluate for capabilities and improvement to: disk and drum filters, heated roller mills, vibrating screens (wet and dry), clarifiers, flotation and densification systems, belt ovens, and kilns.

Provide project leadership for the automation, electrical, and controls for a $14M expansion.

Lead Engineer on the mods to a burner control system for 25 TPH sand dryer and 10 TPH Roller mill.

Construct a $3M automated PCS to realign material from dredging system to drying processes developing/designing a PAC system to control pumps, levels, and operator HMIs.

Unravel an environmental noise concern by engineering in the use of 2 - 250HP variable speed drives to the Solite Lightweight Aggregate facility in Arvonia, VA.

Increase motor lifetime, eliminate noise, expand combustion process, advance capability of bag houses, and generate a significant electrical cost savings six-month ROI with VFDs.

Change flame conditioning parameters to increase the effectiveness of hazardous waste combustion nozzles to increase fuel usage by 8% and decrease downtime by 15%.
