GetInsured is the marketplace platform of insurance providers used by individuals/agents/admins.
Managed the California exchange QA project for Eligibility, Plan display, Enrollment, Account transfers and CAP modules.
Accountable for requirement gathering from product owners, communicate with teams across California and Pune, come-up with Test strategy/planning for efficient test creation/management/execution.
Daily sync-up with onsite and offshore team to assure team is in-line with the project requirements/changes.

Co-ordinate 10+ resources based out of California, Phoenix and Chennai for CCP Portal (10 MM project) - web based application operated on 32/64 bit VDI platforms designed with Robotic process automation tool. CCP Portal consolidates checking, savings, CD, MMS accounts, credit and debit cards data from multiple bank applications to a single portal.
RFP process initiation and POC demonstrated by vendors for various RPA tools were analyzed. Consolidated recommendations were provided for procurement based on the evaluations.
