Relevant Experience
I was initially licensed in Indiana as a salesperson, where I worked for Coldwell Banker Alliance. I was a licensed residential appraiser in Indiana and Nevada, I am currently licensed as a salesperson in Nevada. I have worked in property management where I was responsible for providing 24 hour service for needed repairs. I advertised the properties for rent in the MLS, took and approved the applications. I have command of the English language and I am able to speak and properly express myself to others.
Other Experience
I was a member of the Armed forces, RA army, where I served as a 94B10 (cook) was honorably discharged after 31/2 years of service. I was a Registered Medical Assistant, where I provided patient care such as, patient intake, vitals, phlebotomy services, injections etc.
National Home Warranty
I provided assistance for our clients calling in to place claims, start or cancel warranties. I followed the claim process from beginning to end if necessary, worked with clients having multiple warranties in an effort to make sure they were satisfied and we were able to retain them as clients.
