Attend site surveys, bid clarification meetings and maintain reports

Study of Contract Documents, Drawings, Cut Sheets, Specifications for Electrical and Extra Low Voltage System.

Study of program schedule and histogram to complete the project

Review of tender documents including scope of works, drawings and Specification and raise technical queries and clarification.

Attend Pretender Meeting and Site Surveys.

Queries and Clarification raised to Main Contractor, Consultant and Client for Estimation works

Cross checking the Bill of quantities with Quantity surveyors Material Take Off.

Preparation of inquiry for Suppliers to get Quotation of all items for Estimation.

Responsible to raise addendums for missing information in the tender documents
