Carry out all HR related functions from Job Ads posting to final recruitment of employee. It will include documentation, arranging applicant’s interview with manager and preparing job offer letters separately for each category of employee.

Maintaining complete database of employees in soft copies and hard copies.

Correspondence with all company staff for HR matters related to employees’ leaves, salaries, loans, medical, complaints and suggestions, resignations, terminations, warnings etc.

Co-ordinate with HR & Payroll solution system company to successfully implement HR & Payroll solution in company.
