ISSUE THE GL LOAN

APPRAISL

I want to check the ornament such as gross weight, net weight, rate per gram and the estimated lone value & put my signature thereunder with date. I shall get the address of the borrower written on the cover by the borrower himself/herself and obtain his/her full signature thereunder with date. The ornament pledged by the parties shall kept in specially made covers. I shall tally the number of GL packets with the computer generated print out and I put the packet together manager and kept inside the safe (strong room). This is to conformation of requesting of regers pog this program of this consern SYSTEM

I shall enter in the computer generated pledge form full name as well as the postal address of the borrower (with contact telephone number if any) and all other required particulars/details at the appropriate place, cross check the scheme (weekly or monthly) weight, amount, interest amount, photo of the borrower, save the account and write the loan number on the pledge application form.

CASHIER

I want to do affix the cash paid seal on pledge form and release receipt and get the signature from borrower with date on the pledge form at the appropriate place and denomination place after that give the cash to borrow CLOSING THE GL LOAN

CASHIER

I shall receive the release card from the party and also note the amount as per the computer figure, get the amount from party and put the denomination on backside of release card after affix the cash received and account closed seal. I shall get the signature from party in the pledge form and release card, verify the same with his/her signature already obtained at the time of pledge to see whether both tally and initial the pledge form at the appropriate place. If the signature tally are found to be correct and pledge form and release card move to the system.

SYSTEM

I want to check, whether the account is close by cashier, if the account is closed, Again i want check the release amount, photo of the customer and take the closing receipt from the system after that the closing receipt given to the appraiser. APPRAISAL

The GL packet shall be taken out from the safe(strong room) by the manager in the presence of the joint custodian after that I want to get the signature from customer on closing receipt, than ornaments are released to the customer. I shall make the endorsement closing receipt on the pledge form back side.
