El Rancho Apartments - Millbrae, Ca

Worked directly with owner and tenants to build a strong balance between ownership and tenants. Started a change over from a residential hotel to an apartment complex. Worked directly with sub contractors to remodel this building. Rented during a strong market and kept building 100% full. 07/1990 to 08/2013 Property Manager

Terraces Condominiums and Heritage Grove Apartments - El Sobrante, Ca Managed 2 properties one mile from each other. Kept both buildings at peak production during recession period. Completely controlled maintenance and also worked with contractors while the Terraces were being built. Did light maintenance and supervised all work done on all rental units. Learned the eviction process and evicted tenants from the instituting of a 3 day notice to filing Writs and setting up court dates. Screened tenants and found the best and most qualified to rent in a strong community.

01/1986 to 07/1990 Property Manager

Rodeway Inn - San Francisco, Ca

Was responsible for all aspects of hotel and motel renting. Building had two, one was a residential hotel and the other was a motel. Kept building full year around. Supervised all maintenance activities. Worked with and organized front desk crew to be friendly, helpful and informative about San Francisco. Planned and executed a new computer system into the business.

Always have been interested in sports. Have played on teams of all sports and have coached both kids and adults in baseball and basketball leagues.
