MedMen – Desert Hot Springs, CA - $20 million Laboratory, Extraction, Refining, Agriculture and Manufacturing - 45,000 sqft - Project consists of 800 tons of chiller, 5M BTU boilers, 1200amp service, Forced air units, Air Handler Units, HVAC with 30 condensers, evaporative coolers, split system HVAC, CO2 gas, 16” water main, offsite improvements, to maintain air quality, HEPA filtration, and negative and positive air pressure to prevent air born particles from entering lab and product rooms. ISO 14644-1 MERV 7-14 Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) & Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliances
IBM Subcontractors – Saugerties, NY - Silicon chip manufacturing; Class 1, 10, 100, 1000, 10000 clean rooms in a 35,000 sqft facility - Project consisted of constructing a new building with manufacturing, anterooms, and storage facilities for products.
Moynahan Plastic Surgery Suite – Waterbury, CT -Project consisted of converting a fifth floor office to a 5,000 sqft surgical suite adding full medical gas services and, building new surgical and recovery rooms with negative and positive pressure environments and HEPA HVAC system
Amity Regional High School – CT - $60 million New facility with laboratories, gas, exhaust, chemical & biological storage, food service and general classrooms with support facilities. All science rooms contained HEPA filtered air devices.
Currently finishing $20M lab/refining/extraction/agricultural/manufacturing state-of-the-art, hi-tech facility. On schedule for January completion and ready for new challenge.
