Lead Process Engineering responsible for developing Process Design Packages (PDP), pre FEED, FEED, and detail design deliverables and supported the development of cost estimate, fabrication, installation and commissioning of process equipment. Managed and Lead the development of proposal packages and the required deliverables “block flow diagrams, equipment data sheets, plant layout; preliminary cost estimate, etc.” for the following:

• Modular Oil Refinery (1000, 2000 and 6000 BPD) to produce Naphtha (straight Run Gasoline), Diesel No.2 and Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) for Kurdistan, IRAQ.

• Industrial wastewater treatment Unit for U.S. Steel Corporation in Fairless Hill, PA. Lead and provide a process design package which include screening, oxidation and reduction of heavy metals, degreasing, neutralization, DAF and filtration

• Natural Gas and LPG Installation Project for The FerVID Group, Angola

• Erbil / Kurdistan GAS PROCESSING FACILITY– Provided process description and consequence modeling of PSV releases to atmosphere. Performed heat and material balances to estimate flue gas concentrations, flow rates and temperatures using component lower heating values from the literature.

• Erbil / Kurdistan LNG FACILITY – Provided process engineering design package for LNG facilities will be constructed in Erbil, Kurdistan. Utilized my knowledge and experience with research and development to issue basic design packages

(PFD, P&ID, M&EB, equipment specs, control philosophy, HAZOP, FTA, etc.) I modified and improved specific equipment and products in addition to lead and manages many projects as well. I was working with the Environmental Solution and Applied Research (ESAR) Department, my last job is Lead all Process Engineering design activities for The Rig of The Future project. During my work with Mi SWACO, I have been involved in different projects for example:

• Project Manager and Engineering Leader for the Pneumatic Transport of Micronized Weight Material Project. (developing the grinding process of Barite (BaSO4) as well as developing the micronized barite to make it pneumatically conveying in any oil facility infrastructure)

• Engineering leader for the High Shear High Pressure Mixing Project

• Leading the scale up process design of Tar Sand Cleaning process

• Leading the process design for an Ultra Violet Water Disinfection unit for SLB. Treating the frac water by passing it to different filtter elements then through mid. power UV unit.

• Project Manager and Lead Engineer for Calculation Tools for Agitator (CTFA) project for use in MI SWACO web site to help the mud engineers, sales engineers and customers select M&V agitators for mud mixing applications

• Design the Induced Flotation Unit for the produced water treatment operations in EPCOLA, Colombia. This process includes the API separator, special design Induces Air Floatation unit, biological treatment and filtration. Provide PFD, P&ID’s, Equipment design and sizing, layout and estimate costs.
