1.Chief Trainer of WCoE - Currently working at C.V Raman college of Engineering, Welding Centre of Excellence, Bhubaneswar, since 15.05.2018 to current- over 7 months.

Developed Copper – Zinc (60/40) Welding Procedure by TIG Process for Stachu of Holy Guru project at Namchi, Sikkim.

Developed Copper-Nickel to Stainless Steel (AISI-304) Welding Procedure by TIG Process.

Developed Copper-Ni to CuNi for Technocon as well as GRSE Ltd for our marine services under class like ABS & IRS.

Made 300 nos. welder at the institute in MMAW, TIG & MIG processes.

Other than training job, I was also deputed for QC jobs in our marine services (M/S Technocon).

6.Chief Welding Trainer: Worked from June’09 - Dec’09 (7 months) with M/S Alstom India Project Ltd, Durgapur, West Bengal, before joining to Technocon Training Inst.

Significant Contributions

Deputed in Trg & Development Centre at their Durgapur plant.

Development and training of new material welding i.e. P-91 & T-91 for power panels, tube joints, Branch section, Drum in TIG & MMAW processes. Conducted training for all the welders on the above processes successfully. Changed the scenario of welding defects which was reduced from 88% to 10 % in my 7 months tenure.

Implemented various modifications for Welding Procedures for quality issues.

Created speedy resolution of quality problems in association under Quality Assurance Deptt. for better smooth productivity.

Ensured the removal of huge Welding Defects (88%) problems under my supervision & inspection.
