- P-122, P-123 and P-108 (An Office Buildings Consists of 2B+Gr+4) and these Projects are served by Ducted Split Units.

- P-135 (An Office Building Consists of 2B+Gr+4) This Project is served by An Air Cooled Chilled Water Sysytem.

Ashghal Static Laboratory Building and consist of Gr+2 and served by Chilled Water System.

Al Mansoura Hotel Apartment Building (7 Buildings 2B+G+7) 5 Building by DX Spilt Units and 2 building are with VRF System.

Al Waab Mall (2B+Gr+Mezz+2+3+5) this Project is Core and Shell, It's being served by An Air Cooled Chiller and Contain from Offices and Restaurants.
