Brand new Computer Programming graduate looking for a reputable company where I can begin to use my newly acquired technical skills while leaning on my 4 years of experience in brick and mortar retail customer service space.
Independent, self-starter, balancing near full-time work with a school schedule until HHGregg closed the Brandon store in May of 2017 then went to school full-time to finish my Computer Programming degree.
Possesses strong analytical, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills.
Aptitude for learning new skills adding value to the team I am part of.
Works well in a team environment and has excellent communication skills.
Works well independently on a project with little to no direction or assistance required.
Knowledgeable in helpdesk troubleshooting and computer technician space. Am the go to helpdesk resource at home, have built my own gaming PC from scratch, most recently recovered important files from a laptop harddrive that crashed and would no longer start.
Able to visualize process flows and identify opportunities for improvements in efficiency.
Am able to effectively verbalize suggestions for improvement and get buy-in from others on the team. At the same time able to listen and see the merit in ideas of others.
