Served as the Chief Information Technology Executive for a new separate legal entity (MBExTra, US Trading House) of Mercedes Benz (Daimler) Corporation. In this role I was responsible for designing, developing and deploying all strategic Information Technology strategies, tools, and processes needed to develop and launch this business entity

●Developed shared services model and all SLA contract requirements necessary for Mercedes Benz to provide Information Technology services to MBExTra.

●Led the initial strategy and project efforts creating the IT structures and platforms for the operation of MBExTra including end user devices, all software and network operations and equipment, establishment of Data Center operations and integration, setup, development and deployment of Logistics Systems, Warehouse Systems, Financial Systems, Data Security Systems, ERP (SAP Hana) integration, Quality Control Systems, Engineering Systems, Vendor Integration Systems, Quality Management Systems, HR Systems Integration.

●Worked directly with the MBExTra CEO and CFO in the development of all strategic initiatives, and led the Project Management and IT Operational teams in the establishment of this legal entity and served as the sole IT Executive responsible of all technology interfaces between MBExTra and Daimler Corporation.

Selected in 05/2017 to serve as the acting Chief Information Officer to deliver strategic IT solutions.
