Mercedes Benz US Industries

Served as the Chief Information Technology Executive for a new separate legal entity (MBExTra, US Trading House) of Mercedes Benz (Daimler) Corporation. In this role I was responsible for designing, developing and deploying all strategic Information Technology strategies, tools, and processes needed to develop and launch this business entity

●Developed shared services model and all SLA contract requirements necessary for Mercedes Benz to provide Information Technology services to MBExTra.

●Led the initial strategy and project efforts creating the IT structures and platforms for the operation of MBExTra including end user devices, all software and network operations and equipment, establishment of Data Center operations and integration, setup, development and deployment of Logistics Systems, Warehouse Systems, Financial Systems, Data Security Systems, ERP (SAP Hana) integration, Quality Control Systems, Engineering Systems, Vendor Integration Systems, Quality Management Systems, HR Systems Integration.

●Worked directly with the MBExTra CEO and CFO in the development of all strategic initiatives, and led the Project Management and IT Operational teams in the establishment of this legal entity and served as the sole IT Executive responsible of all technology interfaces between MBExTra and Daimler Corporation.

AOD Federal Credit Union

Selected in 05/2017 to serve as the acting Chief Information Officer to deliver strategic IT solutions. Report directly to the CEO and considered the number two top executive in the organization due to extensive experience in executive leadership and consulting. Responsibilities include all aspects of IT strategic planning, data center design, help desk, application integration, network operations, network and information security, information storage, project management, regulatory compliance, and development and delivery of marketing for company applications and webpages.

●Orchestrated upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10, implemented full data encryption standards on all devices, managed upgrade from SQL 2008 to SQL 2012R2 and 2016, and successfully performed a full migration from Outlook 2007 to Office 365 and Azure
