Duties; as Customer service and Sales Representative

Updated product merchandising copy, images price points and other information in the proprietary online sales database for websites and answered phones, directed calls, typed correspondence, updated spreadsheets compiled, communicated sales promotions to customers to grow average customer account size by 10%.
