Project Name: Design and development of leak testing machine for machine component.

Organization: Shree Sai Enterprise, MIDC Bhosari, Pune Project Description: This suggests the various methods of leak detection and among of them suggests suitable method of leak detection i.e. the combination of pressure decay and water immersion test. It gives the structural analysis of jigs and fixture used for leak detection set up. Using suggested method leak detection time is reduced from 10 minute to 2 minute.

Software used: Creo 2.0, ANSYS

Project Name: Vibration analysis of plazma torch to minimize the vibration effects

Organization- Plazma technology Pvt. Ltd, MIDC Bhosari, Pune Project Description: This study deals with the comparison of different types of isolation materials with variable thicknesses by FFT Analyzer. This study comprises software analysis of plazma torch by using ANSYS Workbench 16. Harmonic vibration analysis gives the deformation of different vibration isolation pads with varying thickness.
