Responsible for maintenance control of the entire plant Electrical equipments like, 33KV HT panel,6.6 KV HT Panel, overhead line maintenance & trouble shooting, Transformers & the sub-station.

Maintenance of Handling all Electrical maintenance of Diesel Generators, level Transmitter, Pressure Transducer, ZSS, PCS, BCS, UPS System, Air conditioners, Transformers, DE-dusting system, Pneumatic system, HT VCB,LT ACB, VVVF AC Drive.

Aspired knowledge good enough also in certain Mechanical devices like Crusher, Granulator, Vibrating Screens, Dewatering Screens, Belt Conveyors, Blowers, Bucket, Screw Compressors, Hydraulic Power pack, Pneumatic valves, screen bowl centrifuge, Batac jig, fire fighting systems, Header control valves etc. & their maintenance .

Analysis & Implementation of electrical drawing of LT MCC panel.

Responsible for installation & maintenance of ACB s, VFD, soft starters, Star-Delta starters, DOL starters.

Experience in control system, power transformer, AC motors,lighting system, power & control cable, familiar of all kinds of relay

Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of single phase motor and three phase motor including power circuit and control wiring.

Monitoring process and quality parameters, troubleshooting and corrective action wherever required.
