•Visit diaries and talk to dairy owners as well as managers and employees
•Talk to maternity employees and explain the importance their job plays in the role of the calves development
throughout its lifetime
•Train employees on the proper way to feed calves using an esophageal feeder
•Do a soft audit of maternity area to predict the outcome of the higher risk calves vs. lower risk calves
•Try to generate new business by developing customer rapport with owners and managers of business which
have resulted in additional 4 million dollars of annual revenue
