Coordinate with construction NDT & testing group and QC department in the preparation test requirement of each test pack and facilitate close–out of any outstanding punch items before and after the pressure tests.

Review & selection of all WPS and monitor welders qualification testing and procedures for welding verification and conformance to contract project specification and requirements.

Follow the procedure for inspection as per the company standard.

Receiving inspection of electrodes and filler wire accordance with ASME SEC II part C As per approved WPS.

Witnessing dye penetrant test on joints (annular plate to shell plate) and magnetic particle test for temporary attachments, nozzles and reinforcing pad plates.

Prepare and maintain all reports in every stage of inspection.

Ensuring NDT clearance, as per the project requirement before hydro test, review and updating of all documents related to welding.

Visual inspection of Pipeline and preparing QC punch list after installation and coordinate with the responsible field engineer or supervisor for its completion.
