Influenced the first major program change in the company’s 100 year history as a key player in the creation of 12+ video tutorials to train members regarding the new Pathways education program.

Stimulated the development of sleek modern designs for e-learnings and videos by successfully lobbying for the purchase of Camtasia. Upon purchase created the new company standard for video tutorials.

Advanced internal staff development by designing several training e-learnings. These included the Introduction to Pathways module offering guidance regarding the relationship among the new and existing programs and the finance training module for using Concur and Intact expense reporting systems.
