- Responsible for building and implementing the company operations strategy and ensure strategic objects accomplishment.

- Manages all facets of customer retention (CRM) including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer contact strategy.

- Ensure full compliance with global and country requirements of global quality and regulatory authorities and ensure that company quality management systems (QMS) is fully compliant to required ISO certification for healthcare sector.

- Analyzes operational processes, escalation procedures and performs training needs assessments for identifying opportunities for service delivery improvements and value add to the customer/clients.

- Reviews & steers business performance & realization of Integral Gross Margin, and EBIT

- Setting up the standard operating procedures (SOP) for the direct business operation process.

- Preparation of the organization annual operating plan (AOP) and Quarterly forecasting and ensure forecast accuracy.
