1.Worked on Download Improvement project – Where got the opportunity to learn how to improve the online sales of Symantec downloadable products, how to guide a user to download the products with highlighting required features in a online Store.
2.NAIP – Norton Account Integrated Process – This was the excellent opportunity got from Symantec to work on a project working where online accounts have been created for regular Norton accounts users. This project really focused so much on the business analysis view on how to maintain the online customers.
3.Site Optimization – This project gave experience on how to increase the performance of a store, how to make the web pages faster to load and give users quick results.
4.Apart from these projects, while regular maintenance work so much exposure received to work on loop holes of the websites, security injections & validation processes for payment gateways.
