CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, XEROX, RICHMOND KY - MARCH 2014 - MARCH 2016 I worked as a front line Customer Care for Apple IOS (iPhone, iPad,iPod) tech support and after 11 months or so I was promoted to a senior advisor for Apple Tech Support and I held that position until I left Xerox. I constantly used customer service skills and talked to people over the phone. I also gained experience with data entry and multi-line phone systems improving my typing skills to approximately 36 wmp. LEAD/GRAPHIC DESIGN SPECIALIST, FRAMEBRIDGE, RICHMOND KY - APRIL 2016 - CURRENT Framebridge in Richmond, KY has been my home for the past 2 and a half years. From day one I had no one to teach me my position. Everything I know now I taught myself. The following were my responsibilities as a graphic printing specialist; work extensively with macintosh computers to down, nest, print photos to large 44 wide Epson printers. I also was responsible for using Profiling software to make color profiles to ensure the best color would be produced through printing on photoshop. Over time I had to learn new skills including editing photos in Photoshop, collaging photos together, and making my own decisions on what looks best based off experience and decisive judgement. Maintaining the printers we used and loading them with ink and paper with another responsibilities I had. After becoming a lead 6 months into my employment I was responsible for keeping up with daily production, problem solving on the fly and making sure quality met our standards.
