Recruitments/ Human Resource Management
Proficiency in monitoring manpower requirements of assigned sub-functions for entry, middle & senior management.
Monitoring recruitment against requirements - new & replacements, as per corporate guidelines.
Sourcing of profiles by visiting job portals, candidate referrals, job posting and company database.
Involved in Verification of Contractor Labour.
Maintaining tracker for sourcing profiles, status of the candidates and other activities.
Scheduling telephonic interviews according to the candidate & client’s requirement.
