Successfully developed the process and procedures to upgrade the facility from ISO9001:2008 to ISO9001:2015 while guiding the organization from a strictly repair operation to electronic equipment assembly. Developed and implemented the additional SAE processes and procedures of AS9110 and 9146 towards becoming aerospace compliant repair facility by 2019. Scheduled, conducted and reviewed internal and supplier audits to AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards. Maintained budget and staff goals set by the leadership team. Implemented and reviewed the facility wide 5S standards along with lean principles in the assembly and logistics departments. I was the first Manager to successfully complete a federal audit and a major customer audit in the history of AES all the while transitioning to ISO 2015.

Created process documents (control plans, work instructions and reviewed PFMEA’s ) that well illustrated and anticipated manufacturing and end use failures and provided solution to mitigate any anticipated issue. My team and I implemented new processes while adhering to corporate Lean Manufacturing and JIT requirements. I along with 2 other technicians and 3 maintenance personnel moved the entire manufacturing facility to a new location consisting of 9 assembly lines and all support and infrastructure in 9 days without any disruption to shipping requirements.
