Coach Monica is a seasoned Swimmer and holds a Philippine Red Cross license in Basic Water Safety and Rescue. She has been a Learn-to-Swim instructor of Water Warriors Swim School, Pilot Whale Swim Team, San Pedro Swim Club, and Assistant Coach of Carmona Angelfish Swim Team in the Philippines. Coach Monica has competed in Regional & National events (STASA, STCAA & Batang Pinoy) representing Laguna Delegation in the Philippines. She started coaching in 2011.
