Quality Analyst

Description: AHCCCS and DES collaborated to develop a new system to apply for AHCCCS Health Insurance, Kids Care, Nutrition Assistance and Cash Assistance benefits and to connect to the Federal Insurance Marketplace. The Federal Insurance Marketplace provides Premium Tax Credits and Cost Sharing Reduction programs to help many Arizonans with the cost of health insurance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyze requirements/User stories at the business meetings and strategize the impact of requirements on different platforms/applications.

These applications involve diverse platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools including, Mainframe technologies and SQL Server.

Creating and maintaining Requirement Traceability Matrix concerning design documents using MS Excel.

Analyzing and implementation of complex data structures that exist in mainframe systems into a much simpler web based design. Read through existing mainframe screens for existing applications and use that as basis of decisions around the enhancements to web application.
