DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority - Washington, DC

Served as the Contracts Project Manager for the most successful state health benefits exchange launch under the Affordable Care Act. Accelerated implementation schedule required to merging Agile & SDLC based testing methodologies to balance Key Stakeholder requirements form the Federal and State Government as well as commercial insurance carriers and private citizens.

Primary point of contact for DCHBX IT project information for Salesforce system implementation.

Chaired a yearlong education project for DHS (DC Human Services Department) DHCF (DC Medicaid) on Salesforce implementation that was introduced and transitioned with no disruption to workflow.
