PROJECT: - Aerospace Manufacturing Company, Automotive, Oil & Gas & Plastic. Client's:- Airbus (Germany), Honeywell (France), UTAS, FOKKER, SAAB, SABCA etc

DESCRIPTION: - Machining & Manufacturing of aero systems, aero structure, Engine components & case Machining & Landing gear components & Assemblies. AEQUS PLANT OVERVIEW:-

Critical & Precision machining facilities equipped with state of the art with 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC Machines for machining of steels, Titanium & Aluminum complex actuation parts out of solid bars & thin walled casting.

CNC milling machine are capable of multiple axis machining with high speed rates

& spindle speed of 25000 rpm & critical.

Machining of AIRBUS Germany landing gears, Steel jacket etc in an airbus dedicated unit.

Facilities equipped with inspection capability using CMM & wide variety of calibrated gauges & AS9100 certified.

.POSITION:- Engineer trainee in Quality & Production department (working since 10thoct 2017 to10thoct 2018).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Experience in PPC & Material planning in the production department.

Having knowledge of Familiar function of DMG MORI ( Heidenhain control).

Experience in machining of AEROSPACE PARTS & Shop floor activities.

And also experience in Inspection of parts, Daily Rejection Trend Updating, Product Drawing Analysis, Review of Control plan, Planning of Gauges, Setting Approval & first sample inspection in quality department.

Having knowledge in working in tool room & we know about all Holders & tools.

Leading a team of four members in the production department.

And having knowledge in FAI, CFT & NPD department. PROJECT DETAILS:-

TITLE: Analysis the machining fixture for input housing (MGB) for ALG. DESCRIPTION:-

Application of input housing is to enclose the internal gears used in transmission of power generated in engine to rotor blades in helicopters.

For machining the input housing a holding device is important to maintain the accuracy that holding device is called has Fixture. KEY SKILLS:-

Working on DMG MORI & CMM Machine.

Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel & power point.

Developing modules, testing machines, dealing with clients, team coordinator & coordinating with various stakeholders.

CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES :-

Played national level in karate (3 times gold medal).

Played state level in Football & Hockey.
