Service provider requests feedback from customers which is then scored to calculate a reputation ranking. Feedback and reputation ranking can be made public, and is searchable.

POJO implementation running on Apache/Tomcat on Amazon AWS.. Implemented in Java platform 7/Spring 4.2, MySQL, JavaScript library (web 2.0),

Challenge was to overcome reluctance of service managers to ask for feedback from their customers, because it meant a change in their business process. Business model is a subscription service so another challenge was to design the product such that key features could be used with no on-boarding assistance and minimal training.

Identified a market and a technical strategy based on automating feedback requests triggered by service tickets to create a seamless business process service.
