Challenge was to overcome reluctance of service managers to ask for feedback from their customers, because it meant a change in their business process. Business model is a subscription service so another challenge was to design the product such that key features could be used with no on-boarding assistance and minimal training.

Identified a market and a technical strategy based on automating feedback requests triggered by service tickets to create a seamless business process service.
