JOB PROFILE : I) Presently I am working a Welding Electrodes manufacturing unit.

I have handled all unit operation & process, such as Wire drawing, Cutting, Cleaning, Dry mixing, Screening, Wet mixing, Extrusion, Baking, Cooling, Final inspection and Packing.

To check process parameters, frequency of inspection, method to be used as per BIS norms.

To check quality of the materials as per BIS norms.

To handled all inspections such as BIS, ISO, SAIL,RDSO (Ministry of Railway) & PSU Sector

All finished material is verified and released to store.

Maintain all document related to production, verifying daily records such as BIS, ISO & customer feed back register.

To maintain the stock of raw materials & finish goods.

To trained manpower regarding of our all operation & process.

Maintain safety in plant & all activities as per ‘SOP’.

II) Worked at fabrication unit as an Auto CAD Designer &

Supervisor.

I had drawn all mechanical drawings for fabrication.

Mechanical drawing such as MPO, MDV, Bends, Wear Plate, Orifice, Mill Discharge Spool, Straight Pipe, Cone, Hopper, Housing panel, Ventury collar & Roll bracket etc.

This material used all the Power Plant & SAIL like TTPS Talcher, NTPC Angul, RSP, NTPC Kanhia, NALCO Damanjodi, NTPC Vindyanagar, CSE Southern (Kolkata), Kolaghat Thermal Power plant, NTPC Kahalgaon, NTPC Chandrapura, NTPC Uchahar, NTPC TANDA, NTPC Singhruli, NTPC Rihant, UPSEB Anparra, UPSEB Obra & UPSEB Renusagar.
