Review, analyze, and service accounts regularly; ensure all data is accurate and retrieve invoices to send to shipping with a memo to be mailed.

Gather information and details on new orders from clients and enter the orders into the system (sales, contracts, custom orders, preformat requests, assigned complimentary, etc. as well as all promotions. Confirm all information has been added and is accurate; making any changes to name / address, as well as web member changes, NCOA changes, and UPS changes.

Provide administrative support including scanning, as well as accounting related support such as posting payments of cash deposits, prepayments, wire transfers, credit cards, and lockbox.

Review reports received daily via RESPOND through mailbox including the Watchlist report, backorder report

(month), open services (monthly), and the pending order report. Analyze the data and present to upper management for discussion and / or further review.

Track daily activities and errors using tracking logs, as well as emailed invoices, manual invoices web member changes, and Rating Service Fee payments. Develop a report containing these errors and send to management for analysis.

Analytical Training Coordinator, November 2015 – December 2016

Scheduled all internal and guest presentations for worldwide offices, reserved training room and set up all recording equipment, updated the B-Net Analytical Training page, and forwarded email alerts for new training sessions.

As the Cornerstone Administrator, maintained the Data Feed to employees, assisted users with passwords, created new events/sessions, added webinars and resources to sessions/materials, completed analytical testing (create tests and quizzes), submitted rosters and provided custom reports on a quarterly basis for all offices.
