Field Controls is the world’s leading supplier HVAC components, Intelligent Electronic Controls systems and Indoor Air Quality Systems with metal fabrication, and assembly. Leading Safety, Quality, Manufacturing Operations and R&D, responsible for Operational Excellence, acquisitions integration and for developing tomorrow's Products, Technologies and Intellectual Property.

Engineering and R&D project delivery: Re-engineered R&D processes resulting on 100% NPD projects on time delivery.

Engineering and R&D: Developed and launched a 3 year plan to enhance people skills, R&D capability and NPD strategy to accelerate growth.

Quality by process: Transformed our organization to a quality by process resulting in 10% reduction in cost of quality, delivering a 0.15% customer returns and 1.05% cost of Quality to net sales.

The Golf Division is a $65 M Business Unit serving the golf Industry with built to order products, vertically integrated with plastic molding and electronics manufacturing. Generated a $450K labor cost reduction (15%), by leading my team to reorganize a 75,000Sq' facility work flow through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen events, FMEA's and optimizing inventory management systems.

Reduced quality costs by $1.9MM (69%), by identifying and implementing a solution for a multimillion $ product issue, leading to the turnaround of our customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Reduced material cost by $937k (16%), by leading the resourcing our Brass castings and machined components, implementing dual sourcing with VMI / Kanban systems.

Stalcop is a $45MM, Private equity, repetitive contract manufacturer of industrial products in cold heading, press forming, Impact extrusion, CNC machining, technical ceramics and plastic molding for customers in automotive, industrial products, aircraft, and ordinance industries with facilities in the United States, Germany, and the Czech Republic. Held progressive positions from VP Global operations, VP Sales, Marketing & business Development to President / COO.

Increased Gross Margin by $800K (18%) by Re-positioning and expanding product and market strategy to reach new specialty materials & high value add market segments.
