Inspections of all lifting equipment and lifting tackle and ensure that safety standards are adhered to.

Test rigging to ensure safety and reliability

Tilt, dip and turn suspended loads to manoeuvre over, under, and/or around obstacles using multi-point suspension techniques.

Fabricate, set up and repair rigging supporting structures, hoists and pulling gear, using hand and power tools.

Assemble the tower crane boom on the ground and lift it into position and attach it to the tower crane frame with a mobile crane.

Lift the slew ring frame with the cabin and place it into position with a mobile crane.

Coordinate employees who operate lifting and rigging equipment.

Evaluate the performance of the team of workers and inform superiors.

Dismantle all rigging lifting tackle and equipment and store in a safe place.
