HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program) – Helped people fill out applications, verified with vendors to help people get fuel/electric for heat, registered applications. Data entered changes, openings, and closings. Answered phones as needed. Interviewed applicants for the program and collected the proper documents.
Eligibility worker – Interviewed applicants for Public Assistance and Food Stamps. Collected proper documentation for eligibility. Denied, opened, and closed cases. Made changes to cases as needed. Sent people to various places and job hunts as required.
Daycare accounting – Data entered daycare vouchers for payment and verified information on the vouchers.
