Professional Qualification : Completed diploma in Electronics And Communication from board of Technical Education Karnataka,Bangalore in 2007.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

Worked as a D.E.T in PURBANCHAL CEMENT LTD (MAITHAN GROUP) KAMRUP, Assam,from 15 feb.2008 to march 2009,which is a dry process cement plant make by W.L.N (Wallchand Nagar).

Worked in same plant as an Asst. Instrument Engg. from April 2009 To July 2012.

Worked as Instrument Engineer in SONAPUR CEMENT LTD from Aug 2012 to 10th june,2017. It is a dry process plant produces cement having brand name as “Sonapur” of 750 TPD which is modified to 1200 T.P.D.SCL is a fully automated plant having control & automation designed by ROCKWELL.ITS located at vill. - Dudras, Tulsipur, (Nepal).

Currently employee of Samrat Cement Co. Pvt. Ltd, Nepal 60TPH grinding Unit designed by KHD humbolt, Packing plant 120TPH by FLsmidth .Will work in 4000TPD upcoming project in Samrat cement full pledge clinkerization plant – KHD humbolt design.

NATURE OF JOB:

Checking of PLC & Trouble shooting.

Testing, Commissioning, Calibration & Trouble shooting of following:-

SCR Controlled DC Drive & frequency Controlled A.C Drive.

Material weighing system like –Weigh Feeder, Belt weigher. Solid Flow feeder, Weighbridge, Bin weight & Loss in weight system make –Schenck process.

O2 &CO Gas analyzer (ABB), Roto packer Six spouts (ENEXO ), and Rotopacker 8VDC single discharge (FLS VENTOMATIC).

Testing, Repairing, Checking & Calibration, Trouble shooting Of Process Control Instrument like- Temperature (RTD & Thermocouple), Pressure D P & Flow Transmitter (ABB & Siemens),Pressure switch, Level sensor, Various Damper as well as Pneumatic instrument.

Done erection & commissioning of Weigh feeder & SFF, make- Trans weigh (FLS).

Knowledge of IMCC, PCC, VFD’s, Transformer’s & DG.

Knowledge of preventive & predictive maintenance, Maintaining Log book, spare etc.

Present Salary : 40,000/- + free fooding and accommodation.
