- Led and managed over 20 Sailors in all their primary and collateral duties in the Limited Duty Division, Medical Division and Training Division. Responsible for all command training requirements and message reports.

- Duty Section Leader (Watch Manager)of over 20 Sailors for a rotating watch section. Responsible for writing and submitting watch schedules for five different 24/7 watch positions. Submitted over 30 time-critical message reports to higher commands, resulting in effective communication and direction, both up and down the chain of command.

* Electronic Warfare (EW) Chief Petty Officer- USS Cole, Norfolk (March 2010 to April 2013)

- Led over 10 Sailors as a Division Leading Chief Petty Officer in all aspects of ship’s EW/IW/IO, combat self-defense.

- Responsible and trained my division in all aspects of space warfare, EW, anti-ship missile defense with the use of multiple HTTP’s, SOP’s and other DOD/DON instructions and the effective use of the SLQ-32, Gale-lite and JTT.

- Duty Section (Watch) Leader/Manager. Led over 60 Sailors in a fast paced, rotating watch schedule. Responsible for up to nine different 24/7 watch positions. Wrote and submitted watch schedules and training reports directly to the Commanding Officer on a weekly basis. Trained in multiple force protection and anti-terrorism techniques and procedures. Trained and led my duty section in hundreds of emergency, stressful ship’s defense drills/exercises.

- Combat Systems Trainer and Combat Watch Supervisor. Led over 11 Sailors in the Combat Directional Center (CDC), a fast paced, ship’s self-defense center. Responsible in leading all Sailors in high stressful emergency situations in over 100 crisis drills such as incoming missile attacks, chemical, biological, radiation (CBR) attacks, and internal emergency readiness support, responding to, and controlling ship’s fires and flooding. Planned, led and reported over 100 emergency exercises resulting in enhancing the effectiveness of the ship’s readiness and protection.

- OPSEC Manager. Responsible for the ship’s OPSEC program. Trained the whole crew on all aspects of OPSEC.

- Command Security Manager. Responsible for the ship’s information and personnel security programs. Submitted over 100 security clearance investigation/reinvestigation packages via e-QIP. Used JPAS on a daily basis. In charge of security checks, visitor requests, access control, physical safety and accountability of all classified material, resulting in ZERO security incidents onboard the ship. * Recruiter-in-Charge- Navy Recruiting District Pittsburgh (July 2006 to February 2010)

- Met or exceeded all assigned goals at an award-winning Navy recruiting station while leading three other recruiters. Earned a number 1 ranked “EP” regular/periodic evaluation out of 49 fellow First Class Petty Officers, the highest evaluation possible.
