Developed an Analytical Laboratory from scratch for a Home and Farm Company that had never had one.

Purchased all equipment, chemicals and supplies needed to make a working Lab. Started with an ICP, Nitrogen Analyzer, GC, HPLC, Grinder, balances, pH Meters and Stir Plates.

Developed and Implemented Test methods for 8 chemical groups for Insecticides, Herbicides and Fertilizers (over 60 different products), sample and standard preparations, and data/calculation spreadsheets.

Saved company $30-40,000 yearly by performing all repairs on lab equipment including GCs, IC,

viscometers, color analyzers, melt-point analyzers, titrators, and electronic balances. Trained in-

house staff on equipment repair and worked with outside service technicians when necessary to

get equipment back up as quickly as possible.
