HISTORY Electrical, Instrumentation & Refrigeration Supervisor 03/17 - Present

Duties include:

Manage day to day operations of electrical, instrumentation and refrigeration crafts for the Pulp Mill and Power / Recovery areas.

Implement process improvements to optimize preventive maintenance routes in support of downtime reduction.

Lead daily meetings emphasizing safety, maintenance and operational support. Review of Power & Recovery, Pulp Mill and Shift Log entries to identify daily action items.

Review team schedules to ensure proper staffing.

Facilitate monthly safety training.

Lead department RCFA and breakdown analysis investigations for safety and maintenance related incidents.

Supervise craft teams consisting of 27 members that support all aspects of daily operational pulp production and liquor management.

Southern Idaho RV & Marine

General Manager 10/14 – 06/16

Duties include:

Management and day to day operations of sales, finance, parts and service departments.

Managed 25+ employees.

Coordinated with numerous vendors on a daily basis to maintain inventory.

Facilitated employee customer relations and company policy adherence.

Implemented a variety of programs and policies to reduced spending by over $300K in FY 10 in a budget of $3.2 million.
