Job Specification

• RHF(Reheating Furnace)-LOI ITALIMPIANTI TENOVA

1. Erection & Commissioning of RHF of electrical equipments of Hot strip mill. 2. Erection of panels (RIO panel, PLC panel, LCP, MCC panel, PCC panel etc.), Hydraulic systems. 3. Troubleshoot and install PLC of S7-300 & S7-400. 4. Work experience on HMI and SCADA software like in In-touch Wonder Ware, WINCC. 5. Maintenance of all instruments such as O2 Analyzer, FCV, Siemens controller, PT, FT, Flow switch, Proxy, LPT, HMD, Camera, RTD, Pyrometer, Load cell, Light barrier, Photocell, Thermocouple etc.

6. Trouble shooting & parameter settings of AC drives like S120 & G120. 7. Calibration of all instruments such as O2 analyzer, FCV, Siemens controller, PT, FT etc. 8. Maintenance of AC motors, MCC, PCC, RTDB, AC drives.

• SLAB YARD-SIEMAG

1. Erection & Commissioning of Slab Yard of electrical equipments of Hot strip mill. 2. Maintenance off all instruments, motors & S120 drives. 3. Trouble shooting of electric panels & Siemens PLC S7-400.

• Hot Pickling Line (Strip Thickness 2-10mm & width 1000-1650mm). 1. Trouble shooting & parameter settings of AC drives like S120 & G120. 2. Local procurement assistance for PCC, MCC Automation panels. 3. Automation of S7-400, S7-1200, S7-1500 & Drive commissioning of G120, S120. 4. Assistance & commissioning of Welder (Make: GULID), Dust Collector system (Make: DISA), Shot Blasting Machine (Make: DISA), DENOX System (Make: ANDRITZ), CPC/EPC System (Make: EMG), Effluent Treatment Plant.

• Bell Annealing Furnace-O.E.M:-SECO WARWICK

1. Erection & Commissioning of BAF of electrical equipments of Hot strip mill. 2. Detail engineering for instrumentation, Electricals & Automation for Media based on P&I diagram 3. Erection of panels (RIO panel, PLC panel, LCP, MCC panel, PCC panel etc.), Hydraulic systems. 4. Done the preventive maintenance of all instruments, Drives & Motors. 5. Trouble shooting of electric panels & PLC Siemens S7-300. 6. Trouble shooting & parameter settings of AC drives like G120.

• Cut To Length Line-Siemens

1. Look after the preventive maintenance of the line. 2. Attending breakdowns & Trouble shooting of electric AC drives like G120. 3. Trouble shooting of electric panels & Siemens PLC S7-300.

• Plate Finishing Shop-SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC

1. Termination of all instruments such as proximity, limit switch, solenoid valve, Truck LPT, photocell, flow switches, pressure switch, RTD(PT100), Level sensor, Load cell, Vibration sensor etc. 2. Maintenance of Annealing furnace, Online leveler, Offline Leveler, SBM, Pickling, PTO, Plasma cutting.

3. Trouble shooting of electric panels, Schneider electric PLC & PLC S7-200. 4. Maintenance of sensors, relay logic & Mitsubishi PLC. 5.
